Having spent over ten years working for various Telcos within Sales, Kristian decided to set up Crystaline in May 2010 to consult with SMEs to supply Mobile, Voice, Data & Unified Comms with truly World Class Service. Kristian’s expertise includes an excellent understanding of the various products & services available. Kristian is a keen rugby and Liverpool fan and participates in several triathlons each year.
Carl has worked for a number of Global & European Managed Network Service Providers, including Vanco and Reliance Globalcom. He was the Engineering Director at MDNX until 2013. Carl now works with Crystaline customers delivering complete Telecommunications solutions covering resilient Internet connectivity and state of the art Hosted Telephony. Carl completed an Ironman triathlon in 2014, and travelled to Nepal in 2015 on a trekking and rafting expedition.
Pinder has been in the telecoms industry for over 16 years and subsequently boasts a wealth of knowledge. Previous roles have included Business Development Manager for Genesis Communications to running one of the most successful sales teams in Phones4U. In 2006 Pinder and Kristian formed Crystaline with the view to deliver simple yet honest telecoms advice and service to SMEs. Pinder is also an undercover car geek and a rare to find, Nottingham Forest fan.
With over 20 years in the Telecoms/Networking industry David has gained a wealth of experience in developing, deploying and supporting cutting edge technology managed services. David started Crystaline Solutions Limited in 2011 with the aim to provide value added managed business services, including Unified Communications, Networking, Security and Managed Services to the UK SME market. In his spare time David enjoying cooking, many sports and supporting Arsenal FC.
David has extensive experience in developing close working, highly effective relationships that make a difference. At Crystaline he focuses on the identification of problems and issues and puts in place simple effective solutions.
